Shipping and returns

Confirmed orders leave our Casablanca shop the same week. Delivery takes 24–72 hours across Morocco, counted from the moment we confirm your order in the WhatsApp thread.

International orders are quoted per order. We ship with tracking and declare duties and paperwork honestly, so the buyer knows the full cost before dispatch.

Delivery in Casablanca is free on orders over 1,000 MAD. Below that, and elsewhere in Morocco, the cost is confirmed in the thread before you pay.

For international orders, any import duties or local taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by the buyer. They are not included in the quote unless we say so.

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened stock in its original packaging. Contact us first at [COMPANY EMAIL] or on WhatsApp, and we will confirm the return address: [RETURNS ADDRESS].

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Once we have checked the item, we refund it to the method used for payment.

Watches and counter equipment carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Items faulty on arrival are replaced or refunded — tell us as soon as you open the parcel.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or repairs carried out by someone else.

Custom-printed items (tape, cartons, labels) are made to order. Once production has started they cannot be returned or cancelled, unless they are faulty.

If a printed item is faulty or does not match the approved proof, we remake it or refund it.
