The rules that apply when you order from us, and what you can expect from us in return. Ordering happens on WhatsApp — there is no cart, no account and no online payment on this site.

Who can order
You can order if you are at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. We sell to both retail customers and trade accounts, from a single roll to a full pallet.
If you are ordering for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to place the order on its behalf.
How orders work
Ordering is by WhatsApp quote only. There is no online cart, no account and no checkout on this site, and we never collect or store card details.
The message you send is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we reply confirming stock, price and the payment method.
References shown on the site are not reserved. Stock moves quickly, so availability can change between your message and our reply — we will always tell you before anything is confirmed.
Prices, quotes and currency
All prices are in MAD (Moroccan dirham). We do not publish listed prices: every price is quoted per order, because it depends on the quantity, the model and the pack size you need.
A quote is valid for the period stated in the WhatsApp thread. After that period, prices may change and we will re-quote.
Payment is confirmed in the thread — cash on delivery in Morocco, bank transfer, card on delivery, or a regional wallet. No payment is taken on this website.
Availability, descriptions and cancellation
Product descriptions, specifications, models, sizes and pack sizes are indicative and may change between orders or batches. A photo or a spec sheet is a guide, not a guarantee of an exact finish.
We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be unavailable or was mispriced. We will tell you as soon as we know, and any refund is made to the payment method used.
Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.
Custom printing, liability and law
For custom-printed items (tape, cartons, labels) you confirm that you hold the rights to the artwork, names and logos you send us. We own no rights in that artwork and use it only to produce your order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, which apply in addition to this document. These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes fall to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
